Two moving blocks are movably arranged at the top of the guide rail, and a fixing mechanism is fixedly arranged at the tops of the two moving blocks. A steel structure on a construction site is clamped and fixed through the reinforcing mechanism, the steel structures of various sizes, various specifications and various shapes can be well fixed, and the efficiency of reinforcing the steel structure in the later period is greatly improved.
