The whole device is installed on the ground through a support, and part of the device is underground. The rotating module drives a chain wheel and a chain to be meshed through a motor to achieve rotation, the rotating module is divided into an inner ring and an outer ring, the inner ring and the outer ring are controlled by different motors respectively, and therefore parking and taking of multiple vehicles are achieved. The parking module is similar to a collecting frame, after an automobile enters, the rotating module rotates, the next parking frame can reach the entrance and exit, and three automobiles can be parked and taken at a time. The stopping module adjusts movement and rotation of a stopping rod through a plurality of air cylinders, and therefore the automobile is fixed. The device is high in space utilization rate, automobiles are convenient to park and take, and the problem of parking difficulty can be effectively solved.
