The first and second hinge plates are respectively connected with the rotating shaft and the cylinder barrel. The damping oil cylinder serves as a mandrel between the first hinge plate and the second hinge plate, a piston rod of the damping oil cylinder is omitted, the piston is directly driven through the rotating shaft by means of movement of the lead screw, the rotating shaft and the cylinder barrel are connected with the first hinge plate and the second hinge plate respectively, and therefore the damping oil cylinder generates the energy storage or resistance effect when the first hinge plate and the second hinge plate conduct opening and closing movement.
