The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a matrix of the metal hollow sphere cement-based composite material; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a matrix according to the following mixing ratio: preparing water, cement, sand, fly ash, silica fume, a water reducing agent, a thickening agent and a defoaming agent in a mass ratio of 160: 397.5: 650: 106: 2.65: 0.16, adding dry materials of the cement, the sand, the fly ash, the silica fume and the thickening agent into a stirrer, stirring for 3 minutes, adding a mixture of the water reducing agent, the defoaming agent and the water into the stirrer, and stirring for 5 minutes; the matrix of the metal hollow sphere cement-based composite material can be prepared. The novel material is prepared by compounding the cement mortar serving as a carrier and the metal hollow spheres, and the limitation that only polymers such as epoxy resin are adopted is broken through. And the material is cast in situ for use, has the same advantages as concrete, is good in modelability, can be cured under natural conditions, and is simple and convenient to operate.
本发明提供一种金属空心球水泥基复合材料的制备方法,包括步骤1.配制金属空心球水泥基复合材料的基体。根据以下配合比配制基体:按质量比水:水泥:砂:粉煤灰:硅灰:减水剂:增稠剂:消泡剂=160:397.5:650:106:2.65:0.16准备,把水泥、砂、粉煤灰、硅灰、增稠剂干料加入到搅拌机中搅拌3min,再把减水剂、消泡剂和水的混合物加入到搅拌机搅拌5min,即可制备出金属空心球水泥基复合材料的基体。本发明采用水泥砂浆为载体与金属空心球的复合而成制备新型材料,破除了只采用环氧树脂等聚合物的局限。并且材料现浇现用,与混凝土具有相同的优点,可模型好,可在自然条件下固化,并且操作简便。
