The invention discloses a wear-resistant anti-skid metal floor material which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35-45% of slag, 30-40% of epoxy resin, 15-25% of nitrile rubber, 5-10% of magnesium fluosilicate solution, 3-6% of silicon dioxide sol and 1-2% of coupling agent, and is prepared by the following steps: firstly, putting 35-45% of slag, 30-40% of epoxy resin and 15-25% of nitrile rubber into a reaction kettle and uniformly stirring; raising the temperature of the reaction kettle to 80 DEG C, adding 5-10% of a magnesium fluosilicate solution, 3-6% of silicon dioxide sol and 1-2% of a coupling agent, stirring for 1 hour, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the wear-resistant and anti-slip metal floor material. The material has the advantages that the slag and the silicon dioxide sol have high skid resistance, wear resistance and strength, and the epoxy resin and the nitrile rubber are used, so that the material has the advantages of tensile strength, skid resistance, attractive appearance, chemical corrosion resistance and the like.
