The invention discloses a treatment method for ion type rare earth mine impurity removal slag. The treatment method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding and size mixing; (2) acid leaching; (3) washing; (4) adjusting the pH value; (5) precipitating a rare earth product; and (6) neutralizing. According to the new technological process, rare earth resources are recycled, the ionic mixed rare earth oxalate ore product is produced, the rare earth ore dressing recovery rate of the mine can reach 82% or above, the process is free of environmental pollution hidden danger, and good economic benefits and social benefits are obtained.
本发明公开了一种离子型稀土矿山除杂渣的处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)磨粉、调浆;(2)酸浸;(3)洗涤;(4)调节pH值;(5)稀土产品沉淀;(6)中和。本发明提出了新的工艺流程,将其中的稀土资源进行回收,产出离子型混合稀土草酸盐矿产品,矿山的稀土选矿回收率可达82%以上,且工艺无环境污染隐患,取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。
