The outer stand columns and the inner stand columns are combined together, the more stable supporting effect can be achieved, due to the arrangement of the sound insulation structure, the window structure arranged on the wallboard has the good sound insulation performance, and the life quality of people is improved.
本发明公开一种装配式住宅，包括基座、墙板结构、至少一窗户结构以及隔音结构，基座的周侧设有多个外立柱和多个内立柱，多个内立柱位于多个外立柱朝向室内的一侧，且各内立柱和各外立柱沿周向交错设置；墙板结构包括固定安装于基座上的多个墙板，各墙板的侧端分别设于相邻的外立柱和内立柱之间，至少一墙板上设有安装孔；窗户结构设于安装孔内，窗户结构包括窗框和设于窗框内的窗扇；隔音结构设于窗框和/或窗扇，用以减弱通过窗户结构由室外传入室内的噪音。外立柱和内立柱共同组合，能够起到更稳固的支撑效果，由于隔音结构的设置，使得设置在墙板上的窗户结构具备良好的隔音性能，提高人们的生活质量。
