The invention provides a prestressed steel cable photovoltaic support method which comprises the following steps: S1, during use, mounting a steel plate on a roof of a building, and after mounting, equidistantly mounting a plurality of supporting pieces for supporting a photovoltaic support at the front end and the rear end of the steel plate; s2, one end of the supporting piece is fixedly arranged on the steel plate, the other end of the supporting piece is connected with a steel cable, and anchoring blocks are installed at the front and rear ends of the left and right side faces of the building; s3, one end of a steel cable is fixed to the anchoring block at the front end of the left side face, and the other end of the steel cable is fixed to the anchoring block at the front end of the right side face after bypassing the pulley and being connected with the supporting piece; s4, prestress is applied to the steel cables, and a plurality of photovoltaic supports are erected between the supporting pieces at the front end and the rear end; the photovoltaic support device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the problem that an original structure needs to be reinforced due to the fact that a conventional roof photovoltaic support is provided with concrete pressing blocks is solved, and meanwhile the photovoltaic support device can solve the problem that photovoltaic construction cannot be conducted on an arc-shaped roof.
本发明提供了一种预应力钢索光伏支架方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:步骤S1、使用时,在建筑物的屋面上安装钢板,安装好后,在钢板上前后两端等距离安装设置多个用于支撑光伏支架的支撑件;步骤S2、所述支撑件一端固定设置于所述钢板上,另一端与钢索连接,在建筑物左右侧面的前后两端均安装锚固块;步骤S3、将钢索一端固定在左侧面前端的锚固块上,钢索另一端绕过滑轮与支撑件连接后固定在右侧面前端的锚固块上;步骤S4、对钢索施加预应力,在前后两端的支撑件之间架设有多个光伏支架;本发明结构简单,操作便捷,解决常规屋面光伏支架设置混凝土压块导致原结构需要加固的问题,同时该光伏支架装置可以解决弧形屋面无法建设光伏的问题。
