The invention relates to the technical field of green building materials, in particular to an ultra-long lightweight silicon spar wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The wallboard is formed by mixing a solid material and water according to the weight ratio of 1: (0.1-0.2), and the solid material is prepared from, by weight, 55%-75% of aggregate, 15%-40% of fuel, 15%-20% of reinforcing agent and 10%-25% of binder. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the types of the binder raw materials in the product formula are adjusted, the plasticity index of the pug is increased, the gradation of the granular aggregate is adjusted, compact and uniform accumulation is formed, meanwhile, the drying shrinkage stress concentration of the product is reduced in cooperation with reduction of the moisture of the mixed materials in the formula and a special drying process mode, and therefore the super-long-size product is prepared; the compressive strength is greater than or equal to 3 MPa, the volume density of the product is 500-1000 kg/m < 3 >, the yield reaches 90% or above, and various physical and chemical indexes are excellent.
本发明涉及绿色建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种超长轻质硅晶石墙板及制备方法。墙板由固体物料与水按照1:0.1~0.2的重量比例混合而成,按重量百分含量计,所述固体物料由55%~75%骨料、15%~40%燃料、15%~20%增强剂、10%~25%粘结剂组成。与现有技术相比,本发明调整产品配方中的粘结剂原料的种类,增加泥料的塑性指标,调整颗粒骨料级配,形成致密均匀堆积,同时配合降低配方中混料水分,经过特殊干燥工艺方式,减少产品的干燥收缩应力集中,从而制得超长尺寸产品,抗压强度≥3MPa,产品体积密度为500~1000kg/m3,成品率达到90%以上,各项理化指标优异。
