The orthotropic steel-UHPC combined bridge deck comprises a panel, a transverse partition plate is fixed to the middle of the bottom of the panel in the length direction, and a plurality of U-shaped longitudinal ribs perpendicular to the transverse partition plate are further fixed to the bottom of the panel; an arc-shaped part is formed at the bottom of the U-shaped longitudinal rib, and straight plate parts which are tangential to the arc-shaped part are arranged on the two sides of the arc-shaped part; u-shaped longitudinal rib notches matched with the U-shaped longitudinal ribs are formed in the transverse partition plates. The transverse partition plates are welded and fixed with the U-shaped longitudinal ribs; an arc-shaped diaphragm plate long and narrow notch which is concentric with the arc-shaped part is formed below the through hole; a partition plate part is formed between the U-shaped longitudinal rib and the long and narrow notch of the transverse partition plate. The long and narrow notches are formed in the diaphragm plate base material, continuous stress flow of the longitudinal rib-diaphragm plate connector under the wheel load effect can be guaranteed, meanwhile, constraint of the diaphragm plate on the longitudinal rib is released, secondary stress of structural details can be reduced, and the fatigue performance is further improved.
本发明揭示了一种带狭长切口的正交异性钢‑UHPC组合桥面及其施工方法,包括面板,面板底部的中部沿长度方向固定有横隔板,面板底部还固定有若干垂直于横隔板的U形纵肋;所述U形纵肋底部形成有圆弧形部,圆弧形部两侧为与圆弧形部切向设置的直板部;横隔板上形成有与U形纵肋配合的U型纵肋槽口;横隔板与U形纵肋焊接固定;所述穿孔下方形成有与圆弧形部同心设置的弧形的横隔板狭长切口;所述U形纵肋与横隔板狭长切口之间形成有隔板部。本发明在横隔板母材上设置狭长切口,可保证轮载作用下的纵肋‑横隔板接头应力流连续,同时又释放了横隔板对纵肋的约束,有利于降低构造细节二次应力,进一步改善了疲劳性能。
