The invention discloses an intelligent maintenance system and method for trestle concrete. The system comprises a temperature measuring unit, a temperature adjusting unit and a control unit. The temperature adjusting unit comprises an air blowing assembly, a spraying assembly, a heating assembly and a water cooling assembly. Wherein the air blowing assembly is used for carrying out air blowing operation on the surface of concrete for cooling; the spraying assembly is used for spraying water on the surface of the concrete; the water cooling assembly is used for carrying out water cooling operation on the interior of the concrete so as to carry out cooling; the temperature measuring unit is used for collecting temperature information of each measuring point in trestle concrete and sending the temperature information to the control unit; the control unit adjusts the air blowing operation of the air blowing assembly or the water sprinkling operation of the spraying assembly or the water cooling operation of the water cooling assembly or the heating operation of the heating assembly according to the temperature information so as to adjust the temperature of the concrete.
