Fixing foot plates are arranged on two sides of the stopping plate, one end of each fixing foot plate is mounted on the side face of the stopping plate, and the bottom of the other end of each fixing foot plate is lower than the plane where the bottom face of the stopping plate is located. The motorboat is supported through the two rows of inclined rollers on the docking plate, the motorboat can relatively move on the docking plate through rolling of the rollers, so that docking or launching of the motorboat is completed, the docking plate is placed on the shore, the fixing foot plates on the docking plate are used for improving the stability of the docking plate, and therefore building of the simple wharf is achieved. Due to the fact that the docking plate does not need to be fixedly erected on the shore and can be moved and carried, the motorboat has a simple wharf which can be moved and carried, docking of the motorboat is facilitated, and the movable range of the motorboat is enlarged.
