The grouting reinforcement material is divided into slurry A and slurry B, wherein the slurry A is cement slurry with a water-cement ratio of (0.6-1): 1; the slurry B is prepared by mixing the following components in percentage by mass: 1-2% of water-soluble glue, 1-2% of polymer polyol, 1-2% of alcohol polysaccharide, 15-25% of water glass and 70-80% of water. According to the pile side directional grouting reinforcement method, the grouting pipe is perforated at a time in pile side grouting reinforcement, it is guaranteed that grout does not deviate from the design direction during grouting, and a target pile foundation is accurately reinforced. The physical and mechanical characteristics of soil around the pile can be effectively improved, the strength degradation of the pile foundation under the load is reduced, and the vertical bearing capacity of the pile foundation is remarkably improved, so that the safety and stability of the bridge superstructure are ensured.
本发明涉及既有桩基加固工程和注浆工程技术领域,具体为一种在役桩基注浆加固材料及桩侧定向注浆加固方法。注浆加固材料分为A、B两种浆液:浆液A为水灰比(0.6~1):1的水泥浆液;浆液B按照以下组分和质量比混合而成:水溶性胶1~2%,聚合物多醇1~2%,醇类多糖1~2%,水玻璃15~25%,水70~80%。本发明的桩侧定向注浆加固方法中,在桩侧注浆加固中将注浆管一次开孔,保证注浆时浆液不偏离设计方向,精准加固目标桩基。并且可以有效改善桩周土体的物理力学特性,减少桩基在荷载下强度的退化,显著提高桩基的竖向承载力,从而确保桥梁上部结构的安全和稳定性。
