The invention discloses a tile unit for wall surface paving, a wall surface connecting piece and a wall surface tile mounting structure, the tile unit comprises a tile and a clamping component, the top and/or bottom of the back surface of the tile is provided with a containing groove, and the clamping component is pasted on the inner wall of the containing groove, so that the clamping component is located in the containing groove and forms an inserting groove in the containing groove; and the notch of the inserting groove faces the outer side of the accommodating groove. The containing groove is formed in the back face of the ceramic tile in a grooving mode, it is ensured that no or only a small amount of magnesium oxide powder exists in the containing groove, and therefore the clamping component can be installed in the containing groove in a pasted mode, the clamping component is effectively prevented from falling off from the inner wall of the containing groove in the later period, and the risk that the ceramic tile falls off from the wall face is reduced; and the safety is effectively ensured. Before the tile unit leaves a factory, the clamping component can be pasted into the containing groove in advance and dried, the assembling time of the wall tile mounting structure on a decoration site is saved, and the decoration efficiency is improved.
