The invention relates to a gypsum composite thermal insulation material assembled floor heating module and a production process thereof. The gypsum composite thermal insulation material assembled floor heating module comprises a gypsum board, a polystyrene foam board fixedly connected to the lower surface and a soaking layer fixedly connected to the upper surface. A groove is formed in the gypsum board, and the groove is a groove formed downwards from the upper board surface of the gypsum board; the upper board surface of the gypsum board is compounded with a soaking layer, and the soaking layer is provided with a concave structure consistent with the groove at the groove; and a polystyrene foam board is compounded on the lower board surface of the gypsum board. The gypsum composite thermal insulation material assembled floor heating module is in a block shape and is used for on-site assembly of a floor heating system, grooves between the floor heating modules are aligned in the longitudinal direction to form heating pipe laying grooves, and heating pipes are laid in the heating pipe laying grooves.
