The invention relates to an electric power engineering construction method. According to the electric power engineering construction method, pole erecting equipment is adopted for conducting pole erecting construction operation on an electric pole. The pole erecting equipment comprises two frame bodies which are arranged in the horizontal direction in a spaced mode, a lifting assembly used for lifting the electric pole from the horizontal state to the state that the electric pole is inclined relative to the ground is arranged between the two frame bodies, and a traction assembly used for pulling the bottom end of the electric pole in the inclined state towards the frame bodies is further arranged between the two frame bodies. The contact area of the bottom end of the electric pole and the ground serves as a fulcrum, and the lifting assembly is used for lifting the electric pole upwards to make the electric pole inclined relative to the ground; the contact area of the electric pole and the lifting assembly serves as a fulcrum, and the bottom end of the electric pole in the inclined state is pulled towards the frame body through the pulling assembly till the bottom end of the electric pole is close to the electric pole pit; then the bottom end of the electric pole is put into the electric pole pit, and the electric pole is straightened; and the electric pole pit is backfilled, and it is ensured that the electric pole is stably fixed. According to the electric pole erecting device, protection on workers is improved, and the electric pole erecting construction efficiency is improved.
