Retarding cement-based capsule-type grouting material
The invention discloses a delayed coagulation type cement-based capsule type grouting material. The grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement, 90 to 110 parts of water, 25 to 35 parts of sodium bentonite, 20 to 30 parts of III-grade fly ash, 0.1 to 0.45 part of HEDP (1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid) retarder, 0.1 to 0.3 part of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 1 to 3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol powder 1788 fluid loss agent. By adding the mineral admixture and the grouting material additive in a proper ratio, the performance of the cement-based capsule type grouting material can be effectively improved, the fluidity of the grouting material is increased, the bleeding rate of the grouting material after grouting is reduced, the initial setting time of the grouting material is prolonged, and meanwhile, the grouting material has micro-expansibility and relatively high compressive strength. The grouting material can meet the grouting requirements of different stratums.
本发明公开了一种缓凝型水泥基囊式注浆材料,该注浆材料的重量份原料组成为:42.5普通硅酸盐水泥100份、水90~110份、钠基膨润土25~35份、Ⅲ级粉煤灰20~30份、羟基乙叉二膦酸缓凝剂0.1~0.45份、聚羧酸高效减水剂0.1~0.3份、聚乙烯醇粉末1788降失水剂1~3份。本发明通过添加适量配比的矿物掺合料和注浆材料添加剂,能够有效的改进水泥基囊式注浆材料的性能,增大注浆材料的流动度、降低其注浆后的泌水率、延长其初凝时间,同时使得注浆材料具有微膨胀性和较高的抗压强度。该注浆材料能够满足不同地层的注浆需求。
