The coal gangue all-aggregate concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 250-500 parts of cement, 600-700 parts of coal gangue fine aggregate, 1050-1250 parts of coal gangue coarse aggregate, 1-3 parts of an additional water reducing agent and 190 parts of water, sequentially adding the coal gangue coarse aggregate, the coal gangue fine aggregate and the cement into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing and stirring for 5-10 minutes; and fully mixing the external water reducing agent with water to form a mixed solution, adding the mixed solution into a stirrer, and fully stirring the mixed solution with the cement and coal gangue all-aggregate.
