The surface structure is very excellent in skid resistance, noise reduction performance and ultraviolet aging resistance, overlay peeling can be prevented, water damage to an original asphalt pavement is prevented, oil flooding is avoided at the high temperature in summer, a cementing material never rises, and insufficient structure depth and skid resistance cannot be caused.
本发明涉及路面工程改造技术领域,具体涉及一种HFST高摩擦树脂表处结构及其制备方法。本发明所述表处结构从下到上依次包括:柔性树脂协调封闭层(1),弹性橡胶颗粒静音层(2),超粘改性环氧树脂粘结层(3),宏观集料抗滑磨耗层(4),微观抗滑增强磨砂层(5)。本发明的表处结构抗滑性能、降噪性能、抗紫外线老化性能均十分优异,可以防止罩面脱皮,预防原沥青路面水损害,且夏季高温不泛油,胶结料永不上提,不会引起构造深度及抗滑性能不足。
