The invention provides a welding part which is clamped between a metal plate and a single main reinforcement, the outer diameter of the welding part is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of a stirrup used for fixing the outer sides of a plurality of main reinforcements in a surrounding mode so that the welding part can be used for welding the metal plate on the two sides of the welding part and the corresponding main reinforcements, and the contact positions of the welding part and the main reinforcements are subjected to fusion welding. And/or the place where the welding piece is in contact with the metal plate is subjected to fusion welding. According to the structure, the problem that the metal plate and the main reinforcement cannot be fixedly connected due to separation of the stirrups is solved in a simple mode.
