The invention provides an anti-deformation foundation pit supporting pile and a construction method thereof.The supporting pile comprises a supporting pile body, a reinforcement cage and a prestressed steel strand assembly, and the reinforcement cage comprises a tightening hoop, a longitudinal bar and a spiral hoop which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside; the prestressed steel strand assembly comprises a prestressed steel strand, two reinforcing spiral bars, two pressure-bearing plates, an extrusion sleeve and an anchorage device, and the prestressed steel strand is located between the tightening hoop and the spiral hoop; a reinforcing spiral bar, a pressure bearing plate and an extrusion sleeve are sequentially and fixedly arranged at the lower end of the prestressed steel strand from top to bottom, and the upper end of the prestressed steel strand penetrates through the beam crown and extends out of the upper surface of the crown beam; the reinforcing spiral rib at the upper end of the prestressed steel strand is located in the top beam, and the bearing plate and the anchorage device are located on the upper surface of the top beam. The deformation amount and the pile body bending moment of the support piles can be effectively reduced, the deformation degree of the foundation pit support structure can be effectively reduced on the premise that the construction period and the manufacturing cost are not increased basically, and the safety of the surrounding environment of the foundation pit is ensured.
