The invention relates to the field of electric tower bases, and discloses a tower foundation construction method for a high-voltage power transmission and transformation project, which comprises the steps of cleaning operation, foundation excavation, steel bar manufacturing and installation, concrete construction and pouring and air drying on a construction site, and in the on-site cleaning process, all obstacles in the pile foundation range need to be cleaned up, and the construction site is not damaged.
