When rainstorm suddenly occurs, water on a roof converges into the water collecting tank body, then the rainwater impacts one side of the water wheel through the first water guide pipe, so that the water wheel, the driving shaft and the driving gear are sequentially driven to rotate, the rotation of the driving gear sequentially drives the driven gear and the rotating shaft to rotate, and therefore the fan blades are driven to rotate; and therefore, more air can be extracted from the outside and sent into a room, electricity is not needed, and energy consumption is reduced.
