The invention provides an anchoring system and an anchoring method for fiber reinforced composite material ribs. A first limiting ring is clamped into one end of an anchoring sleeve; the second limiting ring is clamped into the other end of the anchoring sleeve filled with the bonding filling material; an anchoring sleeve provided with a first limiting ring and a second limiting ring is placed on the curing placing device; and the FRP rib sequentially penetrates through the marking limiting hole and the second limiting ring and then is inserted into the anchoring sleeve until the FRP rib penetrates through the center of the first limiting ring, and the FRP rib is clamped into the marking limiting hole of the target curing placement device through the third limiting ring. According to the method, breakthrough is made in the aspects of guaranteeing the coaxiality of the FRP rib and the anchoring sleeve and improving the anchoring efficiency and the stability of the anchoring quality, the problem that the FRP rib deviates from the axis in an existing bonding type anchoring method is successfully solved, in addition, all components of the matched anchoring system can be combined and configured according to needs, and the method is simple and flexible.
本发明提供了一种用于纤维增强复合材料筋的锚固系统及锚固方法。主要有:第一限位环卡入锚固套筒的一端;第二限位环卡入盛有粘结填充材料的锚固套筒的另一端;固化放置装置放置装配有第一限位环和第二限位环的锚固套筒;FRP筋依次穿过标记限位孔、第二限位环后插入锚固套筒中,直到穿到第一限位环的中心,并用第三限位环卡入目标固化放置装置的标记限位孔内。本发明在保证FRP筋与锚固套筒同轴度,提高锚固效率与锚固质量的稳定性方面取得突破,成功解决现有粘结式锚固方法存在的FRP筋偏离轴心问题,此外,配套锚固系统的每一个部件可按需组合配置,简单灵活。
