Prefabricated column up-and-down butt joint rapid construction technology
The invention discloses a prefabricated column up-down butt joint rapid construction process which comprises the following steps: when section steel columns are processed in a factory, connecting lug plates are welded on the section steel columns; processing and assembling a telescopic regulator; during site construction operation, hoisting equipment is used for hoisting the upper-layer section steel column to the fixed lower-layer section steel column, the upper end of the telescopic regulator is connected with the connecting lug plate at the lower part of the upper-layer section steel column, and the lower end of the telescopic regulator is connected with the connecting lug plate at the upper part of the lower-layer section steel column; a telescopic adjuster is driven to adjust the perpendicularity of the upper-layer section steel column; and after adjustment is finished, the lower end of the upper-layer section steel column and the upper end of the lower-layer section steel column are welded into a whole. The method is convenient to operate, a large amount of time is liberated for hoisting equipment to do other hoisting operation, the construction progress is accelerated, the adopted telescopic adjuster enables the upper-layer section steel column and the firmly-fixed lower-layer section steel column to be in positioning connection, convenience and rapidness are achieved, fine adjustment can be conducted through a wrench, and the perpendicularity of the section steel columns and the construction quality are ensured.
本发明公开了一种预制柱上下对接快速施工工艺,包括以下步骤:在工厂加工型钢柱时,在型钢柱焊接连接耳板;加工并组装伸缩调节器;在现场施工作业时,使用吊装设备将上层型钢柱吊装到固定好的下层型钢柱上,将伸缩调节器上端与上层型钢柱下部的连接耳板连接,伸缩调节器下端与下层型钢柱上部的连接耳板连接;驱动伸缩调节器调整上层型钢柱的垂直度;调整完毕后,将上层型钢柱下端与下层型钢柱上端焊接为一体。本发明便于操作、为吊装设备解放了大量的时间做其他吊装作业,加快了施工进度,采用的伸缩调节器使上层型钢柱与固定牢靠的下层型钢柱进行定位连接,方便快捷,且可使用扳手即可进行微调,确保型钢柱的垂直度和施工的质量。
