The invention aims at disclosing a portable friction type welding lifting ring type high-altitude anti-falling anchorage device which comprises an anchorage device body of a U-shaped structure, a friction plate is arranged on the inner side of one face of the anchorage device body, a vertically-arranged fastening screw hole is formed in the other face of the anchorage device body, a fastening bolt is connected into the fastening screw hole, and the friction plate is arranged on the inner side of the other face of the anchorage device body. A hanging ring is welded to the top of the anchorage device body. Compared with the prior art, the device can be fixed at any point on all steel structure H-shaped steel wing plates within the thickness range of 10-22 mm, effectively realizes firm clamping at the side part of a steel structure, has the advantages of light weight, convenience in installation and firm clamping, thoroughly solves the major potential safety hazard that a safety belt has no place to be hung when a maintainer carries out high-altitude operation at the steel structure part, and improves the safety of the maintainer.
