The invention relates to an intelligent trolley for ballastless track limiting groove quality detection, which comprises a box body, rollers and a console, the rollers are arranged at the bottom of the box body, the console is mounted on the box body, the bottom of the box body is sequentially connected with a mounting block, a third motor, a turntable and a sensor array, and the sensor array is mounted on the side surface of the turntable. The sensor array comprises a plurality of film pressure sensors; the third motor is in driving connection with the turntable; a camera is arranged at the front end of the box body; the third motor, the sensor array and the camera are all connected with a console; and the console evaluates the quality of the limiting groove according to a contact springback pressure detection result acquired by the sensor array, obtains a groove image through the camera, preprocesses the groove image, and loads the groove image into a pre-constructed and trained neural network model for groove defect detection. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of convenience in quality detection, high efficiency, high reliability and the like.
