The invention discloses a treatment method of iron oxide pigment wastewater. The treatment method comprises the following steps: introducing the iron oxide pigment wastewater into a sedimentation tank; adding calcium hydroxide into the sedimentation tank, uniformly stirring, and then precipitating for 24-36 hours; discharging supernatant liquid in the sedimentation tank, introducing sludge in the sedimentation tank into a stirrer, and adding coal and mineral powder into the stirrer according to a ratio of 1: 1: 1 to obtain a mixture; calcining the mixture in a brick kiln to obtain a finished product brick; the discharged clear liquid is introduced into a reaction tank, ozone is injected, and the oxygenation time is 1.5-2 hours; adding a metal salt, uniformly stirring, precipitating, and stirring again to obtain a suspension; and carrying out resin filtration on the suspension. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages that the problem of environmental pollution can be thoroughly solved by firing the residues in the iron oxide pigment wastewater into bricks; harmful ions in the wastewater react into low-toxicity and low-pollution components, and the low-toxicity and low-pollution components can be directly discharged, so that the pollution to the environment is reduced.
本发明公开了一种氧化铁颜料废水的处理方法,包括如下步骤:将氧化铁颜料废水引入沉淀池;在沉淀池中加入氢氧化钙,搅拌均匀,再沉淀24‑36小时;将沉淀池上层清液排出,然后在沉淀池内的淤泥引入到搅拌机中,在搅拌机中按1:1:1的比例加入煤炭和矿物粉,得到混合物;将混合物在砖窑中煅烧,得到成品砖;将排出的清液引入到反应池中,冲入臭氧,充氧时间为1.5‑2小时;再加入金属盐,搅拌均匀,沉淀,再搅拌,得到悬浮液;将悬浮液进行树脂过滤。与相关技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:通过将氧化铁颜料废水中的残渣烧制成砖,可彻底解决对环境的污染问题;将废水中的有害离子反应成低毒性、低污染成分,可直接排放,减少对环境的污染。
