The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic glazes, and particularly discloses a glaze with a humidity adjusting function and a preparation method of a ceramic tile using the glaze, and the glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: kaolin, calcined kaolin, calcite, activated aluminum oxide powder and frit; the preparation method of the ceramic tile with the humidity adjusting function comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials, and respectively preparing a frit and a mixture; adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium tripolyphosphate and water into the mixture, and carrying out ball milling to obtain slurry; the slurry is sieved and aged, and the glaze is prepared; the preparation method comprises the following steps: taking an existing fired ceramic tile blank, pouring the glaze on the surface of the ceramic tile blank, carrying out ink-jet printing on a pattern on the surface of a glaze pouring layer, and firing the ceramic tile blank in a tile kiln to obtain the ceramic tile with the humidity adjusting function. The activated aluminum oxide powder forms a porous structure in fine gaps in sintering, so that the effect of adjusting indoor humidity is achieved.
