The invention discloses a fireproof sound-insulation material for filling an aluminum veneer and a preparation process of the fireproof sound-insulation material. The fireproof sound-insulation material is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: acrylic resin, polyurethane foam, polyester fibers, natural aluminum silicate, calcium silicate, perlite, ceramsite sand, a urea formaldehyde-melamine resin adhesive, cement and water. The fireproof sound insulation material is formed by compounding a plurality of materials, and in the aspect of fire prevention, the soft material covering layer is used for isolating oxygen, preventing diffusion of combustible gas and blocking heat conduction; the fire-resistant performance of the hard material is utilized to directly block fire spreading; on the aspect of sound insulation, sound energy is lost due to the fact that the density difference between a soft material and a hard material is large; on the other hand, the soft material can absorb certain sound energy, the high-density hard material can directly block sound transmission, and good fireproof and sound insulation effects are achieved; therefore, the fireproof and soundproof material developed by the invention has the advantages of simple production process, wide application range and good soundproof and flame-retardant effects.
本发明公开一种铝单板填充用防火隔音材料及其制备工艺,包括以下重量份数的材料:丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯泡沫、聚酯纤维、天然硅酸铝、硅酸钙、珍珠岩、陶粒砂、脲醛‑三聚氰胺树脂粘合剂、水泥、水;该防火隔音材料由多种材料复合而成,在防火方面利用软质材料覆盖层作用隔绝氧气阻止可燃性气体的扩散和阻挡热传导;利用硬质材料的耐火性能,直接阻隔火势蔓延;在隔音方面一方面利用软质材料和硬质材料密度相差较大,从而损失声能;另一方面,软质材料能够吸收一定的声能,高密度硬质材料则能够直接阻挡声音的传播,实现了良好的防火和隔音效果;因此本发明所研发的防火隔音材料具有生产工艺简单,应用范围广,良好的隔音效果和阻燃效果。
