The invention discloses a preparation method of a super-hydrophobic cement prefabricated product. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing a hydrophobic concrete prefabricated part, preparing a super-hydrophobic coating and coating the hydrophobic concrete prefabricated part with the super-hydrophobic coating to prepare the super-hydrophobic cement prefabricated product. The cement prefabricated product disclosed by the invention has super-strong hydrophobic performance, the cement prefabricated product body has certain hydrophobic performance by adding the hydrophobic admixture into the cementing material, and meanwhile, the composite fibers are added, so that the mechanical strength of the cement prefabricated product body and the interface bonding performance of fiber concrete are improved; the composite fibers composed of the micron-sized calcium sulfate whiskers and the fly ash fibers can form a surface layer with certain roughness on the surface of the precast concrete part, so that the surface layer can be firmly combined with the sprayed super-hydrophobic coating, and the rough surface layer of the precast concrete part can be well filled with the sprayed super-hydrophobic coating; the super-hydrophobic performance of the concrete prefabricated product is realized.
本发明公开了一种超疏水水泥预制品的制备方法，其包括疏水混凝土预制件的制备、超疏水涂层的制备以及将超疏水涂层涂覆于疏水混凝土预制件上制备得到超疏水水泥预制品的步骤；本发明的水泥预制品具有超强的疏水性能，该水泥预制品通过在胶凝材料中添加疏水掺和料使水泥预制品本体具有一定的疏水性能，同时添加了复合纤维，以提高水泥预制品本体的机械强度及改善纤维混凝土的界面结合性能，而且由微米级的硫酸钙晶须和粉煤灰纤维组成的复合纤维可在预制混凝土件的表面形成具有一定粗糙度的表层，不但可以与喷涂的超疏水涂层牢固结合，且喷涂的超疏水涂层可以很好的填充在混凝土预制件的粗糙表层，实现混凝土预制品的超疏水性能。
