The invention discloses a preparation method of fiber-reinforced special isostatic graphite, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of raw materials: crushing petroleum coke or pitch coke raw materials into reasonable particle size on a crusher to prepare coke powder with the average particle size of 5-30 microns; the preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing short carbon fibers into fluffy powder of 10-50 microns by a crusher; (2) mixing and kneading; (3) crushing and screening: crushing the cooled paste to 10-50 [mu] m; (4) forming; (5) roasting; (6) dipping; and (7) graphitization: graphitizing the product obtained in the step (6) at 2500-3000 DEG C to obtain a finished product. The mechanical property index of the product is effectively improved by adding a proper amount of carbon fiber in the preparation process, a better forming effect can be obtained without preforming in cooperation with isostatic compaction, and meanwhile, the modified asphalt has a better bonding effect with materials by selecting the modified asphalt, so that better product performance is obtained.
本发明公开一种纤维增强的特种等静压石墨的制备方法,包括有以下步骤:(1)原料的准备:将石油焦或沥青焦原料在粉碎机上粉碎至合理的粒度,制成平均粒径为5~30μm的焦粉;将碳纤维短纤经粉碎机粉碎至10~50μm的蓬松粉体;(2)混捏;(3)破碎筛分:将冷却后的糊料破碎至10~50μm;(4)成型;(5)焙烧;(6)浸渍;(7)石墨化:将步骤(6)所得产品进行2500~3000℃石墨化处理,制得成品。通过在制备过程中加入适量的碳纤维使产品的力学性能指标得以有效的改善,并配合等静压成型无需预成型即可得到较好的成型效果,同时通过改制沥青的选用,使其与物料有更好的粘结效果,从而获得更好的产品性能。
