The obtained sludge ceramsite takes sludge as a main component and has a synergistic effect with an auxiliary agent, and the auxiliary agent is lightweight aggregate and can be synergistically matched with the sludge, so that the formed sludge ceramsite is easy to form and relatively high in strength; moreover, the combustion improver and the fluxing agent are added for action, so that thorough combustion in the preparation process is ensured, the energy consumption is greatly reduced, the obtained product can generate enough gas, the ceramsite forms a porous structure, the density is reduced while the material strength is improved, and the product is fine in particle, high in plasticity, strong in binding force and beneficial to wide application.
