The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic tile with an embossment effect. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing, grinding and forming raw materials to obtain a green brick; applying ground glaze to the surface of the green brick to obtain a first green brick; applying a relief effect glaze on the surface of the first green brick to obtain a second green brick; and applying dry granular glaze to the surface of the second green brick, and drying and sintering to obtain a finished product, the glaze with the embossment effect comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 55%-74% of SiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2, Fe2O3 and B2O3, 13%-33% of CaO, MgO, ZnO, BaO, K2O and Na2O, 0.03%-4% of TiO2, 0.03%-3% of SrO, 0.01%-3% of Rb2O and 0.02%-4% of P2O5. Correspondingly, the invention further provides the ceramic tile with the embossment effect, and the ceramic tile is stable in color development and good in 3D stereoscopic impression.
