The invention discloses a weak expansive soil filled embankment based on capillary ecological water control, which is characterized in that a base seal coat is used as a bottom layer, and drainage ditches are arranged on two sides of the base seal coat; a weak expansive soil embankment filler layer, a coarse grain regulation and control layer, a fine grain water control layer, an upper embankment layer, a roadbed and a pavement are sequentially arranged from the base seal layer to the top; a layer of non-woven geotechnical cloth is arranged on the contact surface of the coarse grain regulation and control layer and the fine grain water control layer; a drainage pipe is arranged in the coarse grain regulation and control layer; an upper-end pipe orifice of an inclined drainage pipe is arranged in the coarse grain regulation and control layer and is a water inlet, and a lower-end pipe orifice is led to two sides of the embankment and is a water outlet; the coarse grain regulation and control layer, the non-woven geotechnical cloth and the fine grain water control layer in the side slopes on the two sides of the embankment integrally wrap the weak expansive soil embankment filler layer, and geogrids are adopted for reinforcement; the fine grain water control layer plays a water storage role, the coarse grain regulation and control layer plays a regulation and control water blocking role, the water content of the weak expansive soil filler can be kept stable in rainy seasons and dry seasons of the embankment structure, and direct filling of the weak expansive soil filler is achieved.
本发明公开了一种基于毛细生态控水的弱膨胀土填筑路堤,是以基底封层为底层,在基底封层的两侧设有排水沟;自基底封层向上依次为:弱膨胀土路堤填料层、粗粒调控层、细粒控水层、上路堤层、路床和路面;在粗粒调控层与细粒控水层的接触面上布设一层无纺土工布;在粗粒调控层中布设排水管;呈倾斜设置的排水管上端管口置入在粗粒调控层中为入水口,下端管口引向路堤两侧为排水口;路堤两侧边坡中的粗粒调控层、无纺土工布与细粒控水层将弱膨胀土路堤填料层一体化包裹,并采用土工格栅加固;本发明由细粒控水层发挥储水作用,由粗粒调控层起到调控阻水作用,实现路堤结构在雨季、旱季均能保持弱膨胀土填料含水率保持稳定,实现弱膨胀土填料直接填筑。
