本发明公开了架桥机安装预制梁板施工装置及施工工艺,包括主梁,所述主梁上固定连接有两组龙门架,其中一组所述龙门架的底部安装有第一移动轮组,另一组所述龙门架的底部安装有第二移动轮组,所述主梁的两侧安装有起吊机构,所述起吊机构的底部钩有预制梁板。本发明的优点在于:防滑纹防止预制梁板前后位移,桥形护臂覆盖一部分预制梁板,与防滑纹共同作用防止预制梁板在吊装移动过程中左右晃动,即防止风力过大时使预制梁板晃动,防止预制梁板摇摆,进一步保证了预制梁板在吊装移动过程中的稳定性;能够防止预制梁板前后或左右摇摆晃动,防止在阵风时因停止安装工作导致前序工作的浪费,防止浪费人力物力,保证桥梁架设工作的如期进行。
