The telescopic displacement self-adaptive wind barrier structure comprises a child-mother sleeve type wind shield and a fixing assembly, the child-mother sleeve type wind shield comprises a plurality of arc panels which are sequentially connected in a penetrating and sleeving mode, and when the end of the child-mother sleeve type wind shield is subjected to pulling force or pressure, self-adaptive stretching and retracting within a preset range can be achieved; the fixing assemblies are arranged at the two ends of the child-mother sleeve type wind shield, each fixing assembly comprises a first traction rod, a universal joint, a second traction rod and a fixing base which are sequentially connected, and the fixing bases in the fixing assemblies at the two ends of the child-mother sleeve type wind shield are fixedly connected to an original wind barrier and a bridge tower main beam respectively. Compared with the prior art, the wind barrier design which is simple, convenient, standard and self-adaptive is provided, compared with a traditional bridge wind barrier, the wind barrier has the advantages of being movable, standard, precise and the like, and the safety of a bridge structure is guaranteed.
