The invention discloses a construction method of a carrier pile of a concrete pile body. The construction method comprises the following working steps: S1, selecting a pile position; s2, preparation before construction; s3, at the selected foundation application pile position, a protective outer cylinder is downwards arranged at the set depth in a geological layer by adopting one or more of the following methods; S4, bulk material filling: a tamping inner pipe is lifted upwards by a set height, then a set amount of bulk material filling material is poured into the protective outer cylinder from a gap between the tamping inner pipe and the protective outer cylinder, and the protective outer cylinder is filled with the bulk material; then the diesel hammer is started to drive the tamping inner pipe to conduct beating and tamping operation on the bulk filler, and then the step is repeated for the set number of times; s5, a pile body is poured; and S6, the sleeve is pulled out. According to the implementation method, the difficulty that the protective outer cylinder is arranged in the pile hole can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, when bulk filler is tamped under the action of a diesel hammer in the later period of tamping the inner pipe, the damage to the bottom of the protective outer cylinder is small, and the manufactured pile body is convenient to transfer.
本发明公开了一种混凝土桩身载体桩的施工方法,包括以下工作步骤:S1、选取桩位;S2、施工前准备;S3、在选取的地基应用桩位处,采用以下一种或多种方法结合,将防护外筒向下置于地质层中设定深度处:S4、散料填入:将夯击内管往上提设定高度,之后在夯击内管和防护外筒之间的间隙处往防护外筒的中倾倒设定量的散体填充料,之后启动柴油锤,以带动夯击内管对散体填充料进行击打夯实操作,而后重复设定次数此步骤;S5、浇筑桩体;S6、拔出套筒。本实施方法中,可有效降低防护外筒置于桩孔之中的难度,同时夯击内管后期在受柴油锤的作用下夯击散体填料物时,其底部受损较小,且制作完成的桩体便于转移位置。
