The invention provides a hidden frame type GRC curtain wall mounting structure and a mounting method. The hidden frame type GRC curtain wall mounting structure comprises GRC hanging plates, profile connecting pieces and pressing pieces, wherein the GRC hanging plates, the profile connecting pieces and the pressing pieces are arranged in groups. Wherein a first embedded part is arranged on the back face of each GRC hanging plate, the sectional material connecting pieces and the GRC hanging plates are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and each sectional material connecting piece is detachably connected with the back face of the corresponding GRC hanging plate through the corresponding first embedded part to form the GRC hanging plate assembly. A pressing piece is arranged between every two adjacent GRC hanging plates, a fastening piece is arranged on each pressing piece, and the pressing pieces are in press fit with the corresponding sectional material connecting pieces so that the GRC hanging plate assembly and the curtain wall keel assembly can be detachably connected together.
