The integrated construction method comprises the steps that a first heat preservation layer of the prefabricated part and a second heat preservation layer installed on site are in tongue-and-groove butt joint; steel bar meshes are arranged on the outer sides of the first heat preservation layer and the second heat preservation layer, and formworks used for pouring the protection layer are erected on the outer sides of the steel bar meshes; a limiting fixing piece is inserted into the first heat preservation layer and/or the second heat preservation layer, and the end, away from the first heat preservation layer and/or the second heat preservation layer, of the limiting fixing piece abuts against the protective layer formwork; the first heat preservation layer is connected with the prefabricated part concrete structure through a first connecting piece, the end, away from the prefabricated part concrete structure, of the first connecting piece is connected with the reinforcing mesh, and the first connecting piece is provided with a structure blocking the first heat preservation layer. The second heat preservation layer is provided with a second connecting piece, the second connecting piece connects the second heat preservation layer and the cast-in-place concrete structure between the horizontally-adjacent prefabricated parts together, and the second heat preservation layer is provided with a structure for blocking the second heat preservation layer and a structure for connecting a reinforcing mesh.
