The method comprises the steps of machining the main purline, installing the main purline and the secondary purline, installing the profiled steel sheet, laying the vapor-proof and moisture-proof film, the sound-absorbing cotton and the heat-preservation rock wool, installing the galvanized steel sheet, laying the waterproof coiled material, installing the fixed support, installing the stainless steel continuous welding roof panel and installing the stainless steel cover cap. The force transmission path is shortened, force transmission is more direct, the number of deformation types is small, the overall deformation direction is single, the total deformation amount is small, the deformation is easily controlled within the permissible range, the non-stressed and thick pavement layer is embedded between the main purline and the secondary purline, and it is guaranteed that no weak link exists in moisture prevention, sound absorption and heat preservation and heat insulation of the whole roof system.
