The invention relates to the technical field of laminated wood floors, in particular to a low-absorption-expansion-rate laminated wood floor which comprises a base material layer, a moisture-proof and mildew-proof structure adheres to the lower surface of the base material layer, and the moisture-proof and mildew-proof structure is composed of a moisture-proof layer, a mildew-proof layer and epoxy resin glue; the upper surface of the base material layer is covered with an anti-methane structure, and the interior of the anti-methane structure comprises a compact protective layer, a PU resin film, a UV resin film and a liquid sealant; the base material layer is formed by combining a high-density fiberboard, an amino resin impregnated paper layer, a balance layer and a moisture-proof adhesive. According to the invention, the function of low-absorption expansion is realized, the arching and warping phenomena during the use of the laminated wood flooring are avoided, the release phenomenon of methane gas during the use of the laminated wood flooring is avoided, and the service life of the laminated wood flooring is prolonged.
本发明涉及强化木地板技术领域,具体为一种低吸膨率强化木地板,包括基材层,所述基材层的下表面粘黏有防潮防霉结构,且防潮防霉结构是由防潮层、防霉层以及环氧树脂胶组成;所述基材层的上表面覆盖有防甲烷结构,且防甲烷结构的内部包括有致密防护层、PU树脂膜、UV树脂膜以及液体密封胶;所述基材层是由高密度纤维板、氨基树脂浸渍纸层、平衡层以及防潮胶粘剂组合而成。本发明不仅实现了低吸膨胀的功能,避免了强化木地板使用时出现的起拱、起翘现象,而且避免强化木地板使用时发生甲烷气体的释放现象,延长了强化木地板的使用周期。
