The invention discloses a floor tile flatness construction technology, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The method comprises the following steps: S1, typesetting on a structural concrete slab according to the sizes of floor tiles, and popping up a floor tile position line by using an ink line; s2, after cement mortar shot point construction is completed, a level gauge or a swinger is used for rechecking; s3, a layer of cement paste is constructed on the structural concrete slab, and a cement mortar bonding layer is constructed after cement paste construction is completed; and S4, after construction is completed, floor tiles are placed, the four corners of each floor tile are just located on the four cement mortar shot points, then the floor tiles are constructed through a rubber hammer, and after construction is completed, the next floor tile is constructed. The phenomena of poor flatness, hollowing and the like can be avoided, and the service life of a building is prolonged.
