The invention discloses a building scaffold easy to level and a leveling method thereof. The building scaffold comprises vertical rods and transverse rods. At least one leveling mark is arranged on a rod body of the vertical rod; a plurality of fixing buckles which protrude in the radial direction and intersect in a crossed mode are fixed to a rod body of the vertical rod. The height of the vertical rod can be adjusted through the bottom end of the vertical rod; the two ends of the transverse rods are provided with plugs, and the transverse rods are connected between the two adjacent vertical rods through insertion of the plugs and the fixing buckles. During leveling, the vertical rods and the transverse rods are assembled for supporting according to the building supporting requirement of the ceiling; laser is emitted to the vertical rods through the horizontal laser instrument, and the same leveling marks on more than three vertical rods in any direction and the laser are located on the same horizontal plane by adjusting the heights of the vertical rods. According to the three-point one-line principle, all the leveling marks are located in the same horizontal plane, the levelness of the top face of the scaffold can be adjusted, a traditional tedious adjusting mode is avoided, adjusting is easy and effective, and working efficiency is high.
