Portable scaffold board
The invention discloses a portable scaffold board which comprises a metal panel, buckle plates and arc-shaped movable lock plates, the buckle plates are semicircular and can be conveniently installed, and meanwhile the arc-shaped movable lock plates are installed on the two buckle plates on the diagonal line of the metal panel through fastening pieces. After the groove of the buckle plate is embedded with a rod piece (a steel pipe) of the scaffold, the fastening piece is adjusted to lock the arc-shaped movable locking plate on the buckle plate, and meanwhile, a locking space is formed to lock the rod piece, so that the safety performance of the scaffold is ensured; according to the portable scaffold board, it can be guaranteed that the arc-shaped movable locking plate can be adjusted to move in the circumferential direction of the steel pipe so as to wrap a rod piece, the bond stress of the portable scaffold board to the rod piece is enhanced, and simple fixing can be conducted when the portable scaffold board is not used. The problems that a traditional wooden scaffold is thick, heavy and inconvenient to install, and consequently the installation period of the scaffold is long are solved.
本发明公开了一种便捷式脚手板，包括金属面板、扣板和弧形活动锁板组成，扣板其形呈半圆状，可方便安装，同时在金属面板的对角线上的两扣板上通过禁锢件安装弧形活动锁板。在扣板的凹槽与脚手架的杆件(钢管)嵌合后，调节禁锢件以将弧形活动锁板锁定于扣板上，同时形呈锁合空间以锁定杆件，确保脚手架的安全性能，由于直条孔与凹槽的槽壁的第一成弧方向呈角度设置，既能保证弧形活动锁板可以调节围绕钢管的圆周方向移动以对杆件进行包裹，增强本发明的便捷式脚手板对杆件的握裹力，又能在闲置时进行简易的固定。本发明解决了传统的木质脚手架厚重且安装不便，导致脚手架安装工期长的问题。
