本发明公开了一种具有保护结构的智能停车引导装置，包括主体仓，所述主体仓顶部的一端铰接有顶板，且顶板顶部的一端设置有筛板，所述筛板的底部安装有两组风扇，所述主体仓的内底部均匀安装有与顶板底部紧贴的支撑柱，所述主体仓内部的一端分别安装有遥控模块和单片机。本发明在车辆驶离停车位时，在移动台移动到最靠近活动板的位置处时，控制第二伺服电机逆时针转动，利用螺纹作用迫使升降板上升，而升降板顶部两侧的销杆便会穿过顶板插进对应斜板底部的限位孔内，实现对移动台位置的限制，使得移动台无法再向停车位后方移动，此时两组不能移动的移动台便起到了地锁的作用，可以避免其他车辆停在该停车位中，保证了该停车位持有者的正常使用。
