The invention relates to a turbulent flow device for restraining vortex-induced vibration of a tower drum and an installation method of the turbulent flow device. The turbulent flow device comprises a tower drum section and a plurality of turbulent flow units which are detachably fixed to the outer wall of the tower drum section and sequentially arranged in the circumferential direction. Each turbulent flow unit comprises a hanging belt, a plurality of turbulent flow blocks which are fixed on the outer side of the hanging belt and are vertically distributed at equal intervals, and a plurality of magnet blocks which are embedded in the hanging belt and are vertically distributed; the turbulent flow unit further comprises a magnet strip, and the magnet strip is vertically arranged on the inner wall of the tower barrel section and is attracted to the multiple magnet blocks so that the hanging belt can be fixed to the outer wall of the tower barrel section. According to the invention, falling vortexes generated when a wind load passes through the tower drum section can be destroyed by virtue of the plurality of turbulent flow units, so that the damage of the tower drum section caused by vibration is reduced; and the detachable structure of the turbulent flow unit is realized, so that the turbulent flow unit can be repeatedly disassembled and assembled during installation to reduce the installation cost, and the disassembly and assembly are rapid and convenient to ensure the working efficiency.
本发明涉及一种抑制塔筒涡激振动的扰流装置及其安装方法,包括塔筒段以及多个可拆卸的固定在塔筒段外壁上并沿圆周方向依次设置的扰流单元,扰流单元包括吊带、多个固定在吊带外侧并竖向等间距分布的扰流块、以及多个嵌设在吊带内部并竖向分布的磁铁块;扰流单元还包括磁铁条,磁铁条竖直设于塔筒段的内壁上并与多个磁铁块相互吸附以将吊带固定在塔筒段的外壁上;本发明能借助多个扰流单元破坏风载荷在经过塔筒段时产生的脱落涡,进而降低塔筒段因振动产生的损伤;且实现了扰流单元的可拆卸式结构,进而能够在安装时反复拆装使用以降低了安装成本,且拆装快速方便以保证了工作效率。
