The invention provides an intelligent control system for a modular disinfection air lock chamber of a clean room. The intelligent control system comprises a control module, an air supply control module, an air return control module, a wallboard module and a top module, the air supply control module and the air return control module are in communication connection with the control module; the air supply control module is mounted at an air supply outlet of the air lock chamber and comprises at least one of a fan and a filter; the air return control module is installed at an air return opening of the air lock chamber and comprises at least one of a filter and an air return pipeline. The wallboard module comprises a plurality of wallboards surrounding the outer wall of the air lock chamber; the top module is mounted at the top of the airlock chamber; the top module comprises at least one of a flow equalizing film and an anti-explosion clean fluorescent lamp.
