The invention discloses a hardening agent, a preparation method thereof and a ground hardening process, and belongs to the field of foundation treatment. The hardening agent comprises a first component, a second component and water, the first component comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 6%-10% of epoxy resin, 0.6%-1% of a reactive diluent, 0.05%-0.15% of a silane coupling agent and 0.01%-0.03% of a first surfactant; the second component is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.2 percent to 0.5 percent of alcohol amine, 1 percent to 3 percent of ethylene glycol, 0.15 percent to 0.3 percent of calcium nitrate, 0.5 percent to 2.5 percent of chromate, 0.5 percent to 2.5 percent of calcium chloride, 0.15 percent to 0.3 percent of urea and 0.002 percent to 0.005 percent of a second surfactant; the balance is water. The hardening agent is particularly suitable for soft grounds with water such as marshlands, wet lands and shoal grounds, and is matched with cement to realize rapid hardening.
