The method has the beneficial effects that the bending rigidity of the beam is improved, the lateral bearing capacity is enhanced, the distance between the beam and the ground is reduced, and building solid waste is absorbed; on the premise of giving consideration to buffering and guiding functions of the guardrail, the blocking function of the guardrail is improved, and vehicles are prevented from straddling, breaking by collision or entering the guardrail.
